August 4, 2008: Exhibit - “Salute to our Veterans”
Monday, August 4, 2008 - 11:00 to 4:30 pm

September 9 - some sad news from Paul Adams (via Joe Arblaster). GORDON DEVEY, a Chindit and a very good member of the Victoria Branch, died last night in Victoria.

November 24 - it is with great sadness that we report the death of MIKE DOWNING, the Vice-President of the B.C. Branch of the Burma Star Association. Mike had been visiting family in England when he had a fall. He returned to Vancouver in August, and was taken to Lions Gate Hospital. Unfortunately, he picked up an infection, and died on Monday, November 24, in the Lions Gate Hospital. See 2009 for Memorial details.

December 21 - DERRICK EYLES of Kelowna, has passed away.
